By using Osito, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Osito grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms.

Your Data

You own your data. Osito encrypts and stores your data on your devices and your iCloud account. We cannot access your data and are not responsible for its backup or recovery. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and iCloud account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Osito only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

No Warranty

Osito is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. You use Osito at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of Osito. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Data Loss

Due to the encrypted nature of Osito, we cannot recover your data if you lose access to your devices, iCloud account, or forget your device passcode. You are responsible for maintaining access to your accounts and keeping backups as needed.

Shared Vaults

When you share a vault with others, you are responsible for who you invite. We are not responsible for actions taken by people you share vaults with.

Third-Party Services

Osito uses Apple's iCloud service for sync and sharing. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of Apple's services.

You may stop using Osito at any time by deleting the app. We may discontinue the app at any time with reasonable notice.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Osito after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
